Meditation isn't all about sitting cross legged, chanting, or even sitting in complete silence. There is several techniques to consider that can help benefit your individual time and getting the most out of your sessions.

Slowly build up your meditation practice slowly. Do not go from 5 minutes at the start, to an hour the following day. The habit will not stick, and you are more likely to give up before you have begun, ease yourself in slowly. Build up routines and timings, if you miss a day, that is ok, accept it, and move onto the next day.
